About me

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor with a Diploma in Integrative Therapy and a BA (HONS) Degree, Professional Development in Counselling. I have been practising for 15 years to date. My training background was in the voluntary sector. I then worked face to face in private practice in Sheffield for 13 years. I am now continuing my private practice with online counselling.

I also offer online therapy to people living all over the UK and Europe.

I offer short term and long-term therapy.

I offer flexible appointments to suit you in the daytime and evening. (with more flexibility for online sessions)

I am a Registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and I adhere to their ethical framework.

My practice is professionally insured and supervised.

I am a mother of three grown adult children. Consequently I have a wealth of experience in dealing with parenting issues.

I am of mixed heritage and therefore have an understanding of issues that arise from trying to mediate two cultures and minority issues.

I have experience and familiarity of living, working and parenting in different countries and have emigrated and resettled with my family when they were young. So if you are having trouble finding your stability after relocating, struggling to fit in or adapt to a new location, you may find counselling beneficial. No matter where you are in the world, through online counselling, we can connect and work together.
